Requirements
- Must be a holder of Diploma in relevant field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Building and Structural Engineering, Building Technology, Land Economics, Architecture) from a recognized institution OR
- Must be holder of Higher Diploma in relevant field. (E.g. Electrical Engineering, Building and Construction, Building Technology, Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, Land Economics) for a recognized institution.
- At least six (6) years for the Diploma holders OR two (2) years for the HD holders.
- Be conversant with current Building material works, their application, the current construction techniques and also contractual and supervisory procedures and by-laws.
- Have served for three (3) years at Grade 6
